No responsibility on your part
If you hire Assistansproffs as the provider of your personal assistance, you can choose to let your manager take full responsibility. You bear no responsibility yourself. We handle all reporting to, and communication with, your municipality and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.
We also recruit new assistants and manage all payroll discussions.
You only need to tell us how you want your assistance to work.
- We recruit and staff your assistants
- We act as your managers
- We schedule your assistants’ shifts
- We are the employer for your assistants
- We handle administration and payroll
- We are responsible for how your assistance allowance is managed
- We provide training for you and your assistants
- We take full responsibility for your assistance
Of course, you can also choose to share responsibility. You can act as the manager, possibly with a co-manager at our office, and schedule the shifts for the assistants you recruit yourself or that we recruit together.
